    Oooh look, another mod.....
Welcome. Now that I think about it, it probably isn't even an LED. I bet it's one of those little incandescent bulbs. Those things aren't meant to last very long. Sadly, nothing is meant to last very long these days...well, except our beloved SloRunners.

Sorry, I goofed on the K02 size, it's LT 265/70R17E. Was probably thinking about my Tacoma. Edited my post.
Photos anyway: one of the installed tire and one showing the Jeep and the Runner with the "correct" tires on each.

Not to the 4Runner but for the 4Runner. Adding stickers to the sleeping platform slide out tray.

ah I got excited thinking of a 265/75R17 (I dont think it exists? I know they have that size for a 16 wheel but not for a 17?)

    KO2s look good though!

Added 30% ceramic tint to the front windows. Sort of wish I went a little darker but I wanted to stay within the legal limit. Might go back and have the rears and cargo window done with 70% ceramic to keep the heat out while I’m sleeping back there. IMG_2273.jpg

Drove local farmer's stand just up the road for corn & watermelon. Just ordered those hard panel covers for the back be here tomorrow. Amazon amazing! 3905 miles & my buddy stopped by bugging me for not changing oil @ 1k. I'll do it @5k. I have since buying new vehicles 1985 gone by OEM suggestions W/ NO Zero Issues. He claims that 10k Mfg just want to sell vehicles. My response is If the eng. were quitting after warranty following recommendations who would be buying those products?!?! He's also a true Hypochondriac.

    First oil change today.
Not a difficult job, but would have been easier if I'd put it on some ramps.

I made a pair of ramps back in Jr. High School that are 10" high. I found out when I did the first oil change back in '16, that was too high in the air and some of it splashed a bit. So I cut some scrap 2 by 4's and glued and screwed them together to make a mini ramp for the 4R. It's the perfect height to not have to reach too high to get to the filer and room enough to reach the drain plug.

    Oh and I did a 3 stack with the 2 by 4's.

My TJ on the other hand is lifted and on 35's. So I don't need ramps but I put a 5gal. bucket under the drain pan to reduce the splash in the pan.

I thought I could lift the truck with the floor jack and slip my ramps underneath, but my jack doesn't lift high enough for that.
I like the idea of building some shorter ramps -- the ones I have are old and metal, and frankly I'm a little spooked about trying to use them on a smooth concrete floor. (I've experienced ramp slippage before.)

I’m 2300 miles away on business, but my wife snapped this little milestone photo for me today. Very uncharacteristic of her LOL she misses me.
I see she’s still one of the worst accelerator operators know to man at 12mpg

LEDs should last thousands of hours, no?
I bet it’s your illumination wire t-tap failing to make proper contact all the sudden. I have three or four aftermarket dash switches, none burnt out yet. It’s obviously possible it burnt out cuz their so cheap.

I decided to get one of those nifty little badges. But I decided to place it on the left side of the grill to match the curves of bumper and grill better. IMG_3140.jpg

Used my weather tech sunshades almost everyday since buying them. I’ve noticed some bubbles forming already…

@ $200 it’s not really worth it if it’s gonna bubble up in less than a month. Even with their lifetime warranty :notsure:

Now that's it's washed, I touched up the damage I fucked up on the Gobi, and have my new awning brackets... got the rack reinstalled and the awning back up. Now I'm waiting on that cooler camping weather!

Detailed mine inside except the windows. It’s been too hot but was only 80 at daylight. Was done in an hour or so. I forgot how much I love it clean.

Washed all the bugs guts off the front of the '23. Can't be very many bugs left around here.....I think I got 'em all!

Added 2 x 100W Ecoworthy solar panels to the RTT. Laying flat in my driveway I was able to get 180W for almost 3 hrs today. The nerd in me loves this stuff. My panels are 2 yrs old, and used to have them leaning against my shed wall.

So @ 69.20% & 9+hrs to fully charge, does it take 30hrs to fully charge or does it take 3hrs per %10?:notsure: Just curious because I have not looked into or done any real research on solar panels.:canada::oldglory: (I didn't make the size of these emoji's either BTW)
