Did I buy a chick vehicle?

i see women & men driving Runners in my area SoCali. most modded ones are men & stock ones are women but i have seen couple of nicely modded runners that women where driving them.
my Daughter is learning how to drive in the our 4runner. if you see us on the road don't way she learning to dive :-0

 

Now days if you say something is chick mobile or dude-mobile or any other gender mobile someone will get offended and report you to HR. That's what happened to me for saying Mazda Miata was g-mobile. This a-h-ole reported me to HR. Nevertheless, I like the fact that 4Runners are driven by beautiful young women who you can strike up a conversation with.

 

Around where I live, I see a LOT of girls driving 4Runners. Most of the time an SR5 or OR/ORP on 285s that look too clean to see dirt. They use it because they like the look of it or they do a really good job at cleaning their truck (although I personally know a girl that off-road hers, but she doesn’t clean it all the time).

I also know a few girls with jeep wranglers that don’t even know how to engage 4wd (probably for the best)

So the ho runner is actually more of a truck than a Tacoma (fully boxed frame on a 4Runner) vs flimsy weak c channel frame on Tacoma and obviously better in other ways as well 4way disc brakes vs drum and coil rear vs leaf springs etc but here in SoCal and Utah and Colorado where I frequent a bit it’s mostly women driving 4Runners like 90 percent and the few dudes I see I notice they look like hipsters or IT guys definitely not a redneck looking guy who drives a 2500

 

As a red neck with a mullet that drives both a 2500 Duramax and a 2024 Off Road , I guess I am the total exception to your rule…
