Well, like my wife always says, I’m often wrong but never in doubt! That does seem aggressive… maybe they don’t want to compete with WD for the moderate lift/leveling. Most of the posts on here with either of them are very satisfied customers.

WD came out with another lift that gives a 2" front lift over the stock 1" TRD pro lift for a true 3" total front. They recommend 2" springs in the back. Eibach essentially gives a total 3.5" front and 1.0" rear. I'd rather not have my 4Runner squat. Wish the 21-22 year springs worked with my 24

Is this with the standard WD lift? Or their 2" in the front lift? Looks awesome, btw

Just ordered the new kit for Pro will have them on beginning of May because of vacation. Will give you pics then. Apex Overland is doing the install, they have done my taco and FJ. Highly recommended for those in NC.

Seen a pic on Facebook looks good. I’m surprised. Had the Eibach on my 20 Pro. Have the westcott now on my 23 Pro.

Got a link to the picture? Would like to see it myself. Everyone I have talked to says that upper control arms will be a must with that kit now.

Let me see if I can copy the post and put it on. I don’t think he changed the UCA’s and the caster specs were not too bad. He did remove the mudflaps.

upload_2024-4-9_12-47-7.pngHe said mudflaps and some trimmings in the front. He also said stock UCA’s aligned pretty good.

At this point I think I am just going to roll with it stick and move forward with getting supercharger installed. The ride is great to me right now and I don’t want to chance makimg it worse.

The way my 23 Pro is riding and handling with my 285’s I’m staying with my westcott lift.

So you guys are happy with the WD lift? The installer I am using said their kit is good but you definitely notice a more stiff ride after.

The stiffer ride if you call it makes it better. I like it takes away that nose dive and I can drive it harder in the back road and feels tight.

I have not loaded it a lot. Except for going on a trip with luggage. Also did tow a trailer with both mowers on to take and have service. And with the trailer on I had no sag at all. Still sat the same way.

Yeah that’s a tough call. You should reach out to westcott designs and tell them what you have and see what they say. They have done so many installs with this lift.

I have Tyger side steps which are still heavy. That’s about it. I should have taken a pic when the trailer was hooked up so you could see it. But that won’t be happening until mower needs to be serviced again.

No problem. This is just some info if you go westcott. I measure from the floor to my fender. My tires have the same air pressure and my floor is level. Front is 37 and half and rear is 39. I’m inch and half higher in the rear.

For the guys with the wd lift. How big is the top hat spacer that comes with the kit? And is the rear a spacer as well?

I'm kinda thinking of just using. 25" or .5" top hat spacers in the front and dobinson c59-323 springs in the rear. I don't really want or need a lift I just want to level it out and stiffen the rear for the added weight of my gear in the back

Got a reply from Eibach asking about UCA, reply was no modification necessary.

Very interested to see how this goes. The wholesale side of Eibach is telling their installers that UCA’s are absolutely required. Keep us posted in this thread with any installs or pictures.

So that says it’s a 2020 4Runner. This new Eibach kit wouldn’t be applicable. Is that a 2020 pictured?

I did not notice it. He posted this on Facebook Toyota 4Runner Pro and said he put the new springs on. Not sure now. Sorry.

Yeah I looked back at his post and I thought he added the new springs but I do believe it’s the older springs. I’m curious also to see what they will look like.

Eibach also say you do not need uca with the stage1 pro truck(non pro) that lifts is 2.75" front 1" rear.

Fyi, but you'll definitely benefit with aftermarket uca. You'll be able to be over 3° castor, which keeps your 4runner from wandering on the highway. Also will help with suspension travel.

And jba uca are the way to go.

So I’m looking to put the Eibach E30-82-071-05-22 springs on my 2023 Trd Pro to handle the weight of new bumpers, winch, and other items, but after reading this thread it sounds like these springs bring the lift up to 3.5”?! So what are all the mods needed to accommodate this amount of lift? Are these necessary, recommend, or not needed?
    UCA’s?
    Trackbar correction kit?
    Bump stops?
    Anything else?

Is there another option for the 23 Pro to beef up the springs for added weight?
This is my 1st 4Runner and I’m love getting into all of this. Thanks!
