What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

More pod lights

 

Used some leftover vinyl to wrap the base of the shift knob.

 

Pretty crazy how that feels. Before I bought mine we rented a 4x4 4RUNNER on a vacation trip to Glacier National Park and we drove into the cloud on the road to the sun trip up there, my poor wife was fririking out could not wait to get back lower to see again. It was a nice trip after that thank goodness.

 

Where did you get those?

Are these easy to install?

 

Loaded up the bike and hit some local trails.

 

Installed my old-school CB using some rubber well nuts. I actually got the courage to drill some holes in the plastic, knowing it wouldnt look that bad with just the screws in place (for when I remove the CB)

 

Little more driving , and some cookin. Spent 8 hrs out on the trails today only ended up with a couple shots

 

Is that Arizona I see? Sedona maybe... (used to live in Phoenix and travel). I see you have been in Moab; it that Utah?

Time consuming but easy. Absolutely right/snug fit so getting the seat backs all the way down takes some effort. Many of the cutouts for buttons and headrests are very tight so they take some work to get them fitted. Easy, just slow.

Found it! I bought mine off of Etsy but the other links that have been posted appear to be a little cheaper and the exact same thing. Super easy installation. Great product.

I'd give the Telluride or Ouray visitors centers a call to confirm which trails are open.

 

Yea I plan on looking into it a little further closer towards heading there I think I saw where they closed October ish not to sure on the open. Would like a little water any mud. It’s way to dry here

 

Not today but the last couple weeks. Realized I never took pics after getting the tint and it rained all weekend after the boy and I installed the Bilsteins, pro grill and raptor lights. Winch sitting my shop waiting for the bumper. About halfway (hopefully) on the wait for my rooftop rack.

 

Got rid of the silly chrome trim on the front of my venture. I don't get why toyota decided to black out every other piece of trim but this ... but thanks to a few folks on the forum who posted the overlays, I was able to fix this oversight for 25 bucks. Oh I also got the front wrapped in xpel ppf (full front bumper, full hood, partial fender).

 

Thanks man, forgot to add the rear got a 1" Cornfed spacer. 3rd light is clear, it was just really sunny so it looks washed out

Thanks, one of my old moto buddy's called me Frank da Tank. Front are 15% backs I believe they used 40% so they are within one or two percent to "match" I kind of want the sequential mirror turn signals and need to investigate something for #3. Also found out blackout emblem order never went through so I have to re-order those

 

More food for thought...since that 3rd light is clear and LED a little white plasti dip would make it look super nice I think (2 passes)
Speaking of...I just plasti dip the emblems (6yrs ago) no issues
