5th generation 4runner - how to remove compressor?

    In a 5th generation 4runner, has anyone removed the compressor?

    I can access all the bolts (the top back bolt is tough to access, but I might be able to workaround and remove it.


    The 1st question is if there is something else which can be easily removed to make it easier to access the compressor? e.g. alternator?

    The 2nd question is how does one remove the compressor after it has been unbolted? I dont see any space large enough for it to go through.
