Hi all! I'm over on tacoma forums. I have an 08 tacoma that is getting traded in fri for a 2016 trail edition. Here in CT, they haven't gotten any '17s yet, and I didn't wan't\couldn't wait the 8weeks to 4 months they told me to order what I wanted, so, I'm getting into a 2016. Looking forward to it and to meeting everyone here!

Welcome to the group! Very informative forum. I'm new to the scene as I have a 2016 Trail also. I really didn't know that folks had to wait for the 2017's.

I guess in my area, for the options I wanted I do. I was told they make them all with certain options right off the bat. I didn't want a sun roof, but wanted leather seats. They said they don't really make them like that unless I order it. Oh well, I settled for a 2016 trail and i'll just have to put the softex covers on myself. I'm actually on my way in to the dealership right now to get my truck appraised. Hope that goes well.

Another Tacoma convert, nice and welcome! I did the same thing as well as a growing number of members here.

    Welcome!

I converted Tacoma to Tundra and will be converting Rav4 to 4Runner... the '16s around me are all pretty well sold so I've been on the waiting list for a '17. Still about 3 weeks left to go, but I know she's in Vancouver and just off the boat, so that's a plus!

Just finished up the paper work. I pick it up tomorrow. I am so going to miss my tacoma. A metric S!@T-TON of good times were had in that truck.

Welcome aboard. We traded our '15 Wrangler on a '16 4R Trail and we love it. Being in Canada, we get the sun roof and all the goodies and we can't wait to do some off-road exploring this year in eastern BC. - Ted
