Hello. I have a 5th Generation 2WD 4Runner Limited. The replacement front strut that was covered by my warranty in 2019 is leaking again. Unfortunately my warranty has expired. Can anybody recommend a good mechanic in the Los Angeles area that has experience replacing the Xreas system with a good strut/coil system?
I've read a lot of great Bilstein 5100 reviews but I'm not sure if that is the best system for my needs. I never do any off roading or trailer pulling. I don't want a lift either. All my driving is on city streets.
Just looking for a dependable system that isn't too stiff.

    Thanks for your help!

To my taste the stock Tokico shocks come on SR5/TRD ORP are more comfy than Bilstien5100. In aftermarket world Ironman FCP (with 1.5in spring and front drop to 2in ish) is more comfy than Bilstien5100.

Based on internet Oldman Emu BP51 seems to be most comfy since it allows to adjust both compression and rebound settings to users needs. But they are expensive to cater overlanding needs.
