    my windshield wipers have a small problem. When i turn the wipers off the blades will stop but only after they rise up on the windsheild, right in the vision area, very annoying especially for on the passenger side. how do i tell if its the wiper motor or the relay that is going bad. I could use some sound advice on this one. thanks for reading.
