There are a few spots on the top of the windshield where the seal is pushed in like this. Should I be concerned about water leaks?

Well, I lost ac/heat and radio/nav in my 14 Corolla S today. Installed a new battery and terminals, still nothing. This post reminded me when they put a new windshield on it, I noticed a gap. Water getting behind dash? Not sure.

I went by a glass shop today and they said that rubber is just cosmetic and wouldn’t affect the seal…
