    Hey y'all.

I've had my girl for almost 3 years.
Was wondering if 4Runner owners have any kind of wave or greeting on the road when we see each other? I've flashed 4 fingers followed by and ASL r, but never really had a response.
    Hello none-the-less!!

I wave like a crazy person at 4runners all the time and mostly they pretend not to see me.

My wife says she gets a lot of waves from guys when she's alone in our 4runner. Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong.

No though. There's no 4runner wave. if you want a wave get a motorcycle.

I am waiting desperately for Borracho Loco to weight in first on this question..... Let's see what he says.

P.S. I only wave if I the other side does. Else I would get in trouble with my boss.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
Instead of flashing fingers, try flashing something else. That's what I do. I get a response every time I flash someone.

...in other news, I have over 3 dozen restraining orders against me. Or as I call them "Signed Love Letters".

I understand she got a supercharger, regear to 488s, big break kit, a tune by OTT, and many other things, for just waving and being nice! It pays indeed to wave a lot.

I wave all the time, but as my better half has noted, “the tint is too dark for them to see you, that’s why nobody waves”, oh well. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome from Wisconsin! I wave to other 4Runners and Tacomas, sometimes you can tell they are "surprised" to see someone wave to them, some quickly wave back, others don't, so like 75% do... most with all their fingers!

the 'wave post" comes up regularly. never seen it out in the wild. if we were in 68 Mustangs or something that rare, I could see it but 4Runners are a dime a dozen. I have given a wave or a nod to the occasional 3rd or 4th gen that looked really nice out there but that's it. that said, welcome to the forum!

For me, usually a simple nod is all it takes.
