Anyone know which interior fuses are constant power? I’ve got a dash cam with parking monitoring and I want to hook it up but it requires a constant power fuse and I’d prefer not going through the firewall to the engine compartment fuse box.

Use the 30A (P/Seat F/L) option. That has constant power:

Also, hard wiring the dashcam for parking mode will cause the device to get REALLY hot. A lot of reviews have users saying that it causes the device to over heat, fail suddenly or shorten the over-all life of the device.

Did you already buy the dashcam? If not, look into FitCamx. It's plug n play, no reason to hard wire it to a fuse.

I just did this. The empty slot between Fog RR and AMI is constant power.

If you're going to be doing electrical work you should buy a multimeter.

I have a multimeter and the dash cam has a wire tap set specifically for tapping in to the fuse box.

    No worries.

To confirm this slot is correct, set your multimeter to DC Volts. With the vehicle off, touch the black probe to a ground point and the red probe to the wire on one side of the open slot (you'll see bare wire in there). Should read around 12v.

For accessory power, I used the ACC fuse spot (lower right of image above), two fuses will go in your tap. The original from the slot and one for the camera (mine had the fuse for the camera already in wire tap).

So if you have a multimeter then why do you need info on what fuse to tap?

You said his camera would overheat in parking mode.... I wondered how you knew that since I hadn't seen him post which camera he had.

I was speaking in general terms. I have seen reviews for many styles of cameras that mention overheating when left in parking mode.

Got it. As I just purchased and installed one with parking mode (A139 Pro), you piqued my curiosity.

He doesn't. He's in every thread and just bought a 4Runner three weeks ago.

I went out and checked and I have a Nextbase 522GW with a motion control sensor that will power on if motion is detected. Have had this installed over a year with zero issues on the 4Runner. It Is hard wired for what it is worth. In this day and time, In my opinion, A dash cam is pretty much a necessity with the way society has evolved....

Kinda dark out in the garage, But here is one from the front and inside. Also has a quick release to remove with out unplugging any wires as the connector is in the quick disconnect.
