Question for you guys...will 285/70/17s clear the UCAs and the cab mounts with just a stock suspension if I get wheels with a 0 or slightly negative offset?

Depends on tires. Some run smaller, like BFG, and would probably work without an issue at 0mm offset or a 7.5 or 8.5" wheel. 9" wheels...also probably...

-12mm offset yes, but you'll have more rubbing on that offset to trim for.

As far as will you clear UCAs on stock suspension, probably. Will you clear Cab mounts, probably not even close. I got my 265/70/r17 to rub with a 2.5" lift on -12mm offset wheels (8.5"), I imagine you'll rub pretty hard. At a minimum, mudflaps and front valance trimming will happpen.

You should clear UCA’s but will more than likely rub on the cab mount/pinch weld area.
You’ll need to do quite a bit of work to get them to fit properly at stock height.
