I ordered a full set of mats for our 4Runner on 8/1/2023. We still haven't received our rear mats yet. I've called multiple times, contacted them through their web form. I've been given 3 different ship dates before today for the rear seat mats. Today, I noticed a name change on the customer service automated answer message. The rep today suggested I ask for a refund and then try to buy them elsewhere? It's like she didn't know that they make the x-act fit mats to order?

They said they would be shipped out on the 12/15, but we'll see. The last date I was given was 11/20. Anyone else having problems with orders from Husky Liners?

I've heard similar issues with the AVS products - are they the same company?

    Get Husky through Amazon.

No issues. It isn't the X-act model though.

Did you buy them direct from Husky or through another retailer? I bought mine from Amazon and they were here within a couple of days.

Sad to hear that. I got mine from Home depot online. All mats were in one box.

Direct through Husky. The X-Act fit ones are made to order.

Perhaps they're experiencing delays. I checked Amazon Canada, and they also sell the X-Act floor mats.

Wow $125? I never thought they will at that price. When I bought for my 2018 they were crazy expensive. I guess now since there are good ones around 100 bucks they cannot be at higher price as before.

Yeah I always go to Amazon first now to look.

They get some damn good deal even if it is only couple less bucks.
