What went wrong?

Hi all I’m new here and looking for some help.
I just replaced the clutch and slave cylinder and when I went to bleed the slave the pedal went to the floor and stayed there.
Any ideas what I may have done wrong? I did replace the throw out and pilot bearing as well. I hate the thought of having to rear this down again.

pull the pedal back don’t go all the way to the floor when pumping, you may need to do it with your hand a few times until you start getting a pedal. Check for leaks first and make sure the fluid stays full when bleeding

 

It seems as though the spring tension on the fork is pushing the fork away from the slave rather than towards it. I just don’t get what the hell is going on.
Ill keep at and try to come up in with a plan.

 

Ok so I’m all set. I got desperate and asked a guy on the street to help me out bleed the system and I now have my pedal back.
