Looking at buying my first 4Runner.
Its a 2020 TRD Pro with ~76k miles on the clock.
Is it worth ~$50k out the door (taxes + fees included)?
    Thanks!

    100000% no.

when I owed a brand new 2020 army green pro I paid 51k otd

they are trying to screw you over.

also the 2020 pros had fox shocks that had potential of squeaking fox suspension.

100% pass that’s a lot of miles too

If you don't mind driving there are better deals out there. I searched a 500 mile radius of St. Louis and found these two. I picked up my 2023 Pro from a Ford dealer in June for $49k .

Just to confirm - price is $43k. With taxes + fees it would put me close to $50k total. These all seem higher priced - assuming taxes aren’t included here as well.

It looks like the dealer is charging you too much for their fees. The only dealer fee I paid was $199. What part of the country are you in? Do a cargurus search.

And make sure it’s accident free clean carfax. That changes the price big time. You don’t want a wrecked vehicle it plummets the resale.

Fee's? What fees? It's a USED truck. There should be almost no fees at all. I understand you're in a state with higher taxes or with personal income tax. But dealer fees? No. That is wrong and he is trying to fuck you.

Don't be hating on Pro's bro :). I like the extra options. I like the Limited, but I wanted something I can go off road with, the dual climate control is a must if you're married and I like being able to lock/ unlock the doors and start it with the app. Plus I picked mine up for the same price as a TRD Off-Road.

To pay a reasonably higher price to a clean title, well maintained, no accident 2020 TRD Pro is only if you want automatic headlights, dual zone climate control & JBL sound.

If not I would get a non KDSS TRD ORP. You can get far better aftermarket suspension and make it better than TRD Pro Fox suspension. I haven't done personally but I think there are better audio upgrades out there and kits like OEM Audio+ or Taco Tunes are plug and play from what I see.

Sure you wont get automatic headlights, dual zone climate control on TRD ORP, but not having those seems to be more reliability with age.

I payed for the stupid mobile phone subscription for remote start since I had a new born. Now the kid will be 2 years and won't need pre-heating. Even after 10 minutes of remote start (automatically turns off after 10 minutes) the car is not that warm. I'm going to use another 12v heated blanket for the new kid. My elder kid already have one.

    Edit -
To my eyes a clean title, well maintained, no accident SR5 /Limited also have benefits to their own, especially if Mrs needs to drive. Of cause I'm a big fan of 3rd row seating in SR5 & Limited.
