What sensor is this ?

    What is the sensor located just behind the crank shaft sensor and how is it removed. The top has broken off of mine. It looks like it has a large finger ring at the base but I wasn't able to loosen it by hand. Very hard to get to. Ref. 3.4 V6. Thanks in advance.

    That's okay, I removed it and will take it to Autozone and let them ID it. I will post what it was after I get a new one. Thanks...

    Recommendation is to only buy Toyota sensors.

    The cheap Chinese stuff doesn't work long.
