Our 2020 4Runner Off-Road Premium with KDSS has had this noise since new. It occurs when the car jostles side to side on rough road.

Two dealers acknowledged with me on a test drive that they hear the noise. They have seen two videos of the noise, which I can generate simply by shaking the vehicle side to side.
It is not the shocks/struts, and generally occurs when it's 50 degrees or warmer.

We have gone to 2 different dealers a total of 5 times, and they always call back a day later and say they cannot duplicate the noise.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

It definitely sounds like a bushing. Have someone else shake the vehicle and lay under it and feel differing bushings with your hand. You’ll be able to feel the sound resonating. Use regular water in a spray bottle and spray down suspected bushings. Water will act as a lubricant but dry without contamination.

Radiators are semi sealed to force air to go through them instead of through gaps around them.
