What does this mean? 4th gen

    I'm trying to decide betw buying a 2005-2008 or a 2010-2013. I'm trying to keep the mileage at about 100-130k miles. When I look at the carfax history I see the following on almost all of the 4th gens. But I don't really see it on the 5th gens.

    Is this a red flag/something to be worried about?

    - Engine/powertrain computer/module checked
    - Engine/powertrain computer/module reprogrammed
    - PCM reprogrammed
