Western Colorado - possibly selling 1999 4runner

I’ve got a 1999 4runner and it’s in great shape but I have two issues I’m trying to fix.
1) the fuel quantity indicator stopped working - it either reads completely full or completely empty and the low fuel light blinks at me. Does this sound like the fuel pump needs to be replaced? I’ve tried a few other suggested fixes and none of them worked.
2) small leak in a/c system. I’ve had it serviced three times where the shop ran a conditioner through the system (it was hooked up to a machine) to seal any leaks - but that hasn’t worked. After a couple of weeks the air doesn’t get cold.

Any advice would be most helpful! As an aside I might be selling the truck since I don’t really use it much these days. I have a 2020 TRD pro that is my main driver.
