Water Outlet Pulley leak

Has anyone ever changed out their Water outlet pulley and had it leak on the back where it bolts to the block. I used high temp RTV and tightened all 4 bolts as tight as I could (this motor has had a history of bolts breaking so I didn't want to break them off). Now that the motor is back together I think the tension from the timing belt pulled it forward and caused a leak as every time I start the truck I get coolant/water leaking from that area in a pretty constant stream.

now I have to pull it all back apart and possibly redo the timing belt if I cant fix it without removing the timing belt.


I will get better pictures of the leak tomorrow this is the pulley im talking about

 

So the leak is fixed it was not the pulley but rather a hose i realized i didnt tighten the clamp down and it was leaking

now to finalize and finish up this timing issue and she will be purring like a kitten
