2019 white 4runner limited

I just bought a 2019 limited. I wanted the cargo deck and thought it was an easy swap with purchasing the deck and install. Upon research seems I need to swap with someone parts. I do not have the third row.

Anyone have one they want to get rid of? I am willing to swap parts.

If anyone knows of a way to purchase a deck and how to install other than swapping, let me know!
