    Hey All.
I hope everyone's holiday season is starting off well.
I am looking for a good VIN look up that will give me everything about everything concerning my 4Runner.
I came across one Once Upon a Time that was awesome but of course I lost it.
As always, any leads will be much appreciated.

The vin itself only has so much data it can tell you. It will tell you country of origin, manufacturer, engine/drive train, model/body style, consecutive unit number, manufacturing plant.

If you'll notice on that site, there isn't anything other than what I listed above.

Otherwise the vin would have to tie into a TOYOTA database that holds all your car options. Those databases are industry secrets and are not shared with anyone. (Exception being if cars are old enough, 40+ years, sometimes the manufacturer will let out some dealer info to enthusiasts)

Thank you. That link I do have.
However, Once Upon a Time there was a link that I had that someone gave me that did give me all of that other information such as interior / exterior/trim/color codes, pretty much everything.
Instead of printing it I saved it, which wasn't the best idea.

Maybe TOYOTA has a vin lookup? That's possible. But no third party is going to have that other info tied to your vin.

What you can find are all the codes for interior\exterior colors and you select what codes your door tag\sticker has.

I saw something on a Toyota web page, but the problem is they want me to create account and sign in and whatnot. I guess I may have to

The Toyota One is Excellent with all the details you could want about your Toyota. So what you create an account it don't cost anything nor do you get junk email from them.

    Yeah.. I get it.
I'm just an oldster with oldster gripes.
Hate having to hand over my phone number or email for every little thing.
I may give it a look.
