two types of timing belt tensioners on a 1995 4runner?

    Hi all,
    I am doing a valve job on my 1995 4runner, and learning that my engine does not have a timing belt tensioner pulley spring.

    Is there two types of timing belt pulley tensioners, one with a spring and the other without a spring?

    Can someone here verify this.
