Hey all! anyone run into any problems with an LED strip going out on kustom54 headlights?

I installed mine about two weeks ago, and now the passenger side LED strip is out :annoyed:

all the other lights on the headlight work. T-tap issue potentially? Or wiring faulty?
Also anyone have any luck getting in touch with the company about issues?

pic is of the headlights for reference (not my runner). Any help would be appreciated, I’m not mechanically inclined!

T-taps are garbage, I’d start there.

Many with many more to go
and $1500 for headlights = delusional. Call their customer service unless you bought them through a retailer. Calling the manufacturer after buying from a retailer wont help. Thats what retailers are for; to help customers post sale.

I bought directly through their manufacturer.
