Bought some new TRD wheels for my SR5 and didn’t really care for the TRD center caps, so I bought some of the bronze & matte black TOYOTA caps and did a little improvising. Got some Krylon Fusion matte black paint, and I think it came out pretty good! Painting the rack rails with it today and I think I’ll be done for a while.

That looks pretty good. I’m growing tired of the red circles on mine as well…Good idea.

Have you found a way to remove these center caps without dismounting the wheel?

Thanks. I have not, at least without bothering up the plastic… what I haven’t tried yet is a plastic or nylon spudge tool. There’s enough room to get a slightly curved one in there, and it wouldn’t take much. Just haven’t tried it yet.
