I just recently had two modifications to my 4runner. First I had an Magnunson super charger installed everything went. I just recent had a TRD exhaust and wasn’t sure if the truck needed to be retuned.

If you're running the can tune from Magnuson probably not, but check with them. They have a different base tune for the Pro model knowing the exhaust is different. Note that they say when you use the can tune they don't recommend making any other changes.

It's fine. The exhaust is still 2.5" piping and the tube is safe (rich) enough for small changes.

If the exhaust back pressure and flow are different on the TRD Pro exhaust, then they should have a different tune. It won't make much of a difference on our OEM NA motors but will make a difference when you introduce forced induction.

It is fine. You don't need a tune for that. The diameter and specs are the same, only difference is the muffler sound. I have ran both the TRD and OEM systems and I have the Maggy as well. No need for a new tune IMO.
