It is my first Toyota and was purchased after Hurricane Irma totaled all my cars in one night. Its ran great until the transmission started to "pause" periodically while in use. Losing power, not shifting unless done manually. Given the hilly terrain around here not a good thing. So a little research identified 3 shift solenoids that should be changed including a 3way solenoid. No. 1 was what rock auto had it fit but the connector was black and did not work. The original solenoid has a brown connector and a two screw plate on the left side (back aspect). I have not been able to find the same solenoid anywhere on line in the U.S. Does anyone know if I am looking for the wrong part?
