My 06 Sport Edition V8 has had the TPMS light flashing for a few months now and I just got around to buying 5 new OEM TPMS sensors. Yes, I know I can bypass the system but I don't want to mess with that and since TPMS sensors usually last around 10yrs I don't mind spending the money. My question is, when I have them installed do I need to do anything to reset the system or will the 4Runners computer automatically "see" the new sensors and turn off the flashing light?

Whoever installs them should be able to sync them.

Installers can sync them, but your VSC lights may come on. I recently replaced all 5 TPMS sensors which got rid of the tpms light on the dash, but then the VSC lights came on. A zero point calibration was required, but worked to clear those dash lights.
