Toyota project ETA

Haven’t seen this on any of the forums so figured I would post here.
Project eta was originally projected to roll out late June of this year. Supply chain issue perhaps….

Pretty cool. Just wish they made it a available to customers as well...it was hard to quell my impatience/excitement when waiting for my '21. It would have made it a little easier seeing where it was at in the manufacturing process.

I ordered my trail edition in October of 2020 & couldn’t get an ETA from my salesman until the truck arrived at the dealership in January 2021. Very frustrating. Glad I wasn’t trying to sell a vehicle for down payment or worse, forced into a bad price on trade in.

Fast forward to today & I’ve been waiting 3 months for the wife’s 4Runner which has been “on hold” at port for reasons unknown to the dealership….

My salesman told me last year some trail editions were being held at port due to non-availability of the ice chests that come with that package…lol ! As an aside, I can safely say it is the most poorly designed ice chest I’ve come across.
