TOY Service in Western/Northern Virginia (Fairfax/Loudoun/Prince WIlliam/Clarke/Fauquier)

Hi 4Runner Friends,

I'm looking for a reputable Toyota dealer for service in my general area.

We have a new 2024 4Runner and I need to take it in for some error codes that just popped up. We're planning on owning the car forever, so I need to build a relationship with a good dealer for service (and we all know how rare that can be!)

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina.

If you don't mind me asking, did you have a poor outing or other issues with your purchasing dealer?

 

We bought the car from Sheehy Toyota in Laurel because they had the "best deal," and it seemed then that time was running out on finding a 2024 equipped as we liked (SR5 Premium with 3rd seat.)

In retrospect, this was a mistake, because we would have been better off paying an extra $1000 locally for a transferred-in car, building a relationship with the local dealer and in the end Sheehy ripped us off on the out of state tag/registration fees to the tune of $350 in their favor anyways.... (What did I expect?) I'd certainly NEVER recommend Sheehy Toyata that's for sure..... but even if we liked them, they are almost two hours away from us.

But, you learn these lessons once it's too late and I doubt I'll ever buy a new car again for a variety of reasons.....

Anyways, does anyone have any experience with these dealers for service?
