I had to tow a Subaru Outback on a trailer a couple weeks ago, and will have to haul 2k pounds of wood pellets probably tomorrow.

I towed my motorcycle from Chicagoland area to Phoenix recently. Not bad at all but it’s also not that heavy. BB890EF1-AA02-4C3B-A824-2F91FC5B7415.jpg

I hauled a 6 x 12 fully loaded trailer from Ohio to SW NM. Over the San Augustin pass was the only moment I wondered if she would make it. Probably close to 2500 lbs, trailer and contents.

I tow this 6' x 10' enclosed trailer about 200 miles each direction about 6 times a summer. Inside are two 425lbs motorcycles, and a lot of gear. I'd estimate the whole thing weighs around 3,250lbs. Overall, it actually tows quite well but it's working hard on the big steep hills with this weight. I pulled this with my previous 2016 Tacoma, and it struggled with it, especially on hills. IMG_0708.jpg

Don't think I've seen a lime rush with TRDOR wheels before. My favorite wheel. Looks great!

They look really nice. I have always been a fan of the T4R OR wheels. I tried to find a set for my Taco but could not find a reasonably priced set, so went with Pro wheels. I ordered a 2023 T4R ORP and my wife asked why I am not getting Pro wheels from the dealer, but I actually prefer these.

    Thanks.

Agreed. I like them as well so I kept them when I swapped tires. I bought a fresh take off from eBay for $100 and did a full sized spare as well. Should I happen to get any damage on the trial I plan to just keep buying them since so many take them off right away.

Probably the easiest wheel to clean, too.

Took the boat back out to the marina.

I don’t remember weight, but I remember the whole rig was just over 9k pounds on the truck stop scale. Luckily I don’t have to move it often. The 4Runner handles it like a champ though.

4 runner worked as advertised. 3700# without water. 4100# with 40 gallons of fresh water. Due to health reasons trailer is for sale.
