I recently purchased/ installed a TJM dual swing out bumper for my 19 4R for $1,995 and free shipping

**update** after just 4 short months with the bumper, the powder coat is garbage, light scratches have turned to rust**

    here is my opinion

    Pros:
Cost- lowest on the market for dual swing out with free shipping and NO LEAD TIME

Powder coating- solid powder coating, appears to be more durable than shockworks powder coating on my sliders

Attachments- comes with tire carrier, lights, back up camera, license plate light, and hi jack mount

    Cons:
TJM- you cannot contact TJM directly, if you are missing parts, have problems, etc you will have to work through a middleman I.e dealer

durability- based on the initial weeks with the bumper I can already tell that this bumper is not as durable as a C4, CBI, etc. (it is made with Chinese steel)

installation- absolute nightmare to follow the instructions- think ikea furniture but worse. Had to have a shop install the back up camera and light provided because the wiring harness provided was a mess so the shop had to make one to the tune of $300

ground clearance- little to no gain in ground clearance

Conclusion: for the cost, this bumper is a good option. If you are looking for a hardcore off-road bumper that can take some hits- this probably isn’t the bumper for you.

Thanks for sharing the extra pics and experience with us … Couple questions for you. Any interference with the Gobi Ladder? What do you think of the tables on each swing? Did you order from the Bumper Super Store website? How long did it take to get it?

Thanks. I’ve looked at this affordable rear bumper myself but been waiting until I get my Gobi Rack & Ladder before pulling the trigger!

Drewman, no interference with the ladder

the tables are basically useless IMO, too small to support a camp stove or to have any real use

I ordered from CAtuned off-road but TJM has the bumpers in stock in their warehouse so they just drop ship from there.. any TJM distributors can get one for you.

That review and a post on Facebook is how I ended up with the bumper, I wanted to point out some of the negatives here vs all of the positive he posted on YouTube to give a real idea of the bumpers capabilities
