Can anyone confirm that stock tires & wheels off a 2024 4Runner will fit my 1999 4Runner without any modifications?

All newer 4runners have 6x139.7 bolt pattern and 106.1mm centre bore. 15+ offset or +4 offset(trd pro). Actual size is 17x7 and 17x7.5
