I am considering swapping out my nightshade wheels 245/60/20 with fn’s bfd wheels 265/65/18 or countersteer type x 265/70/17.

I am doing this to get a less bumpy ride.

I am also hoping for a drop in unsprung weight for minor improvements in acceleration, braking and mpg.

I do a lot of highway driving. I was wondering if this swap will make the truck feel different or not.

it will probably feel a bit different, but if you're not doing it for looks/offroad performance then its not worth the cost, I would say.

I like the way the 17s feel over the 20s. Mainly the extra sidewall absorbing bumps. My mpg didn’t change but it feels like the braking, acceleration and overall handling is improved. But mainly I like the way the 17 look.
