I'm thinking of lifting my 2013 with almost 160k miles on the stock suspension. I realized I most likely have seized cam bolts, so I'm anticipating that I'll most likely have to cut them out.

If I have to replace the Lower Control Arms, I was thinking about these Superpros, they're on sale 20% off right now. Anyone have any experience with these? I've never lifted an IFS before, I'm not sure exactly what I need to ensure the best alignment. I'm lifting 2" and do not want to replace the UCAs.

    Thanks!

OE or Supro, just get some anti-seize on the cam tabs.

2 inch lift isn’t too much, stock UCAs are fine, just watch your wheel offset if replacing them.

    Good luck!

The cam bolts torque is like 130ft lbs. Have you tried removing them with a long breaker or impact wrench? Maybe soak them with some Kroil or PB blaster for a few days before. Heat goes a long way as well but that would be my last resort due to the proximity of the rubber bushings.

If you end up cutting the bolts, you still may not need new arms, unless there is something else wrong with them.

At 2 inches of lift, I still needed UCAs to get the alignment where I wanted it so it wouldn't feel like it was wandering on the highway.
