Stereo overhaul to include Apple Carplay?

Please direct me to existing threads if a definitive answer has been disscussed, but is it at all possible for dealerships to update my factory 2019 Entune to a newer version that supports Apple Carplay?

 

It is NOT at all possible. There are several ways you can add it.
1) 2020+ OEM radio
2) Aftermarket radio

My '06 Land Cruiser has wireless CarPlay; using a GROM VLine2 system.
My '84 Pickup was easier and cheaper - just a new head unit and the AutoKit wireless dongle.

Gotta love that 20-yr-old resolution!

 

I hate my jvc unit that I installed.

Has been in for a year now and has started rebooting and wiping out options and has lost the rear camera function (black or blue screen depending on the mood I assume)

Hope you find something OP I am reverting back to OEM until something better comes out
