Welcome. What exactly are you looking to swap out? If its just the solid black bar that says TOYOTA to replace the chrome oval, search for "heritage grill" There are several options in different price points

 

Oh I didn't know it was that easy. I don't have a 4runner yet, but I am searching for one. I just wanted to make sure it was possible to change to that front bumper because I really love that design.

@LVB4run I think the main thing to double check is your year if you buy used. The link above is 2014-2019, 2020 and newer have a square sensor right under that piece so the replacement will have a notch to fit correctly.
