hey everyone my name is steve.
    I have a 95 runner sr5 3.0 5 speed.
had about six months ran bad from start, thats my bad i am a glutton for punishment.
So it idles fine no jumping around or hunting for idle or the like.
but go to drive it and it will pop and bang and go nowhere fast at about 3000 rpm it will move
but i cannot keep it at that rpm all the time. so i did change timing belt and related componants.
checked afm it was good. changed cap rotor plugs and wires and coil .changed fuel filter checked flow of fuel pump still drives same. so pulled plenum ohmed the injectors they checked out fine but since i was there i pulled them and hooked them up to my cannister put gas and power to them and though they worked it was a stream of fuel not a spray pattern. Now all of them were like this. I can't find any info on how they should spray. but i can only guess it should not be a stream of fuel. Oh maybe the tps could still be bad even though it is new. It was not a toyota oem tps i put on it.Sorry for the long first question. Any help will be appreciated.

I just looked into new fuel injectors for my 3.0. From what I found on other forums, the stock fuel injectors squirt fuel from a single hole. A lot of people like to install more modern multihole spray injectors. So what you're seeing is probably their normal operation. Whether that's something you want to modify for potentially better performance is up to you, but the injectors sound like they're acting normal. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116/flamethrower-3vze-upgrade-injector-review-280355/
