it was great to meet you and see your rig a few weeks ago when I picked up the gear plate. Your 4Runner has some great accessories!

As I mentioned in a text, I found that the gear plate was actually for a three row 4Runner and did not fit my TDR OR as it was laid out.

However, I’ve got a reasonably well equipped set of woodworking tools in my home workshop and I modified it to fit my rig. I plugged the incorrect mounting holes with dowels and trimmed the perimeter to fit my interior plastics. I cut new mounting holes to align with the mounting points for my forward cargo tie downs and fabricated metal brackets (with rivnuts) to secure to the rear cargo tie downs (brackets go under cargo tray and under rear cargo tie downs so are not visible). I’m planning to apply a coat of Raptor Liner to the gear plate so that the patches I made are covered. It should look like it was made just for my rig.

I’m about to fabricate some custom drawers now that the gear plate is nearly finished.

I’ll share a pic or two once I get the Raptor Liner applied and the gear plate installed.
