Slight groan, please give me some advice

I have a 2022 SR5 approximately 32,000 miles

At approximately 20k miles I had it lifted the standard 3 in the front and 1 in the back with Eibach Pro 2 coil overs. I also paid to have them installed.

Ever since that lift and the addition of 285s Toyo Open Country AT3s when I turn slightly and accelerate from a stop I hear a little groan (0-2 mph) and then it stops. I originally thought it was rubbing so I shaved it down and removed the mud flaps. Still didnt help. Strut bearing? It is new but that doesnt mean anything. Brake groan?

The groan is coming from the front drivers side
I am stumped and could use some thoughts or suggestions to look into. Again, doesnt happen all the time but often enough to annoy the hell out of. I so appreciate any thoughts. I am 53 and this is the first Toyota I've ever owned.

 

UPDATE I pulled the tire and noticed how it kind of look “wet” on the UCA ball joint. Anyone have any thoughts?

 

Sent this pic to my buddy and he said it would be heavy grease so that’s not it

 

Maybe it’s an installation issue? A few possibilities are insufficiently torqued LCA or UCA bolts, or LCA bolts that were tightened without the weight of the vehicle on the ground (which can lead to torn LCA bushings).

Likely not your issue, but I was just recently chasing down an odd suspension sound... or so I thought: ended up being the hood making the sound (https://www.4runners.com/threads/squeaking-front-shock.32264/#post-461743). I hope yours is something just as silly and simple as mine was.

 

Absolutely check this @morfdq !!! And the wheel well rubber shields while you’re at it, since the noises they make can really be deceiving!
