Seat Covers that work with side airbags

We're looking to install seat covers on our 2013 4Runner SR5. According to the dealer 'parts' guy, the airbags on the front seats of this model are on the side of each front seat's back. We obviously don't wish to impede the airbag deployment with seat covers not adapted to this feature. Have any other owners found a suitable seat cover? Wet Okole seems to ask all the right questions, and even asks for photos, but the neoprene they use might be a little hot in the summer when temps here soar to the high 90's and 100's F. Would be interested in anyone's experience with Wet Okole or any other version that takes the side airbags into account. Thanks!

 

These are not stylish at all, but they're functional. They cover the front of the seat, not the side, so you don't have to worry about the airbags at all. The material that wraps around the side of the seat is thin enough that you can still use the seat controls even though they are covered. I bought these to protect the seats when I'm muddy & sweaty from mountain biking, and they've held up really well.

I have and love the Wet Okole seat covers. I also live in Tempe, AZ. They are not any hotter than the original seats, and the fit and finish is great. They can also be easily removed and washed. They're expensive, but worth it IMO.
