BFG All-Terrians

I need some help! A couple of shops/dealer have tried to help. My SAI switching valve- Diagnostic notes- Fault Codes still popping- Check Engine/ TRAC Off
I have seen ByPass kit from Hewitt Tech.. Anyone had this issue and found solution? 2 shops not comfortable using bypass kit.

I bet the foam filter deteriorated and got sucked in. I would check that.
