Rubbing issue after 3" lift and 33" tire install

3" Lift

Hi all,

New to the forum but I've had my 4th gen for a little over 10 years now. Just got a dedicated family car so I've started upgrading the 4Runner. Started with a 3" Dobinsons lift with new 33" Falkens. I'm getting rubbing on the passenger side tire when I'm fully turned to the right. See picture. The shop that did the install mentioned I had rusted tie rods and couldn't get the steering wheel completely straight. Could this be causing this issue or would it be something else?

Well 3" Lift doesn't mean 33s will clear.

What else went with suspension? Sort of looks like UCAs got changed too. And looks like something is leaking down there also.
