I'm looking to pull out the center console lining to a few modifications. Primarily running power for a cb to there. I see how to remove the whole console running from box all the way to dash but is there a way to remove just the box liner so I don't have to rip it all to shreds to drill one hole? Sorry if I missed the thread that included it. Can't find anything.

Sorry lack of better phrase. I Am trying to remove the actual storage box in the center console from the larger overall console that's bolted to the floor that runs from the a/c vent for the back seat all the way to the dashboard.

No, the one under the arm rest between the two front seats.

I believe box under the armrest is part of the center console. Only the silver part comes off.

Damn. Thanks for answering. Guess I'll either pull the whole thing out or get creative with drilling my holes.

Or just take out the console first and poke around.

Its all screws and clips together. I will try and find the reference, but it starts with pulling the shifter bezel, then the armrest cover. I believe wanderlost shows it in their communication tubeyou vid also.

I think to remove the Upper center console, you just unscrew the shift knob and then lift the console up. You need to reach in and release some power connections. If your removing the entire lower half of the console, there’s two screws in the arm rest area and two up front near the dash
