    Grill guard, remote start
Hello, I’m trying to install a Fortin EVO-ALL remote start on my 5 Gen 2024 4-Runner SR5. Wondering if anyone has experience for guidance. This supposed plug-and-play is instructing to splice a pink wire in the driver side dash panel. I’m definitely not comfortable with cutting wires (splicing isn’t the problem, I’d rather not be cutting wires unnecessarily). Also, the slot number (19) for the pink wire in the instructions diagram is empty on my actual slot 19. The instructions shows to splice yellow/red plus yellow/green on the device with the pink wire, but the actual wires are orange/black and yellow/black. What the heck??? Any advice would be appreciated.

I highly recommend Start-X remote starters. True plug n play and I’ve used this brand on my Jeep and 4Runner with no issues at all.
