Top steps.jpg Bottom steps.jpg I bought a pair of used OEM tube steps that were on a 2018 4runner. I want to clean them up and protect them if possible before I install. The Powder Coat seems intact but they're dirty with maybe some oil(?) etc on them.

Any tips or tricks to getting these up to speed for my 2021 TRD off road? I have a pressure washer and degreasers etc but never tried to work on powder coat. Any help would be appreciated.

I have some steps that I replaced with sliders and I plan to pressure wash, degrease and hit the scratches with Rustoleum rattle can bed liner before selling them. I have had good luck with a few coats of black topped off with the clear.

I'm going to try that...IF I can figure out if these steps are actually going to go on this vehicle. Getting lots of conflicting info on a 2021. Grrrr
