Recommendations

Hi all,

I am the proud owner of a 1993 4Runner, I've recently acquired more time and i am looking to spend some money on my car, i am looking for recommendations of floor mats, fender flares, or any other vehicle mods you think should be done.

Any recommendations would be appreciated

 

I like Husky floor liners...I think the #1 thing you could do to really upgrade appearance is slappin some new style rims on? Like New TRD ORP’s. They are for sale on here every now and then. I put 20 inch Limited rims on mine and rotate to my stock ones...

 

I have bushwackers on mine but I had to loose the splash guards. I have flat ones on there now. Sad part about the Bushwackers is that they costs 4 times as much as I paid for them back in the 90's. If you do get the Bushwackers, also get yourself some 15x8 rims. Your runner will look much better with the wider wheels.

 

Living in remote central Australia it's hard to get Husky floor liners as they don't ship from the US and TJM and Opposite Lock don't have a great range, however i'll look into ordering some, would you reccomend i get the Uni-fit for the 4Runner or are there custom liners that fit well?

 

I'll see if i can pick up some second hand bushwackers, and will look into getting some wider rims

 

Welcome aboard Joe! That's a beautiful 2nd gen you have! Are those the oem rims? I like 'em! We never got that style here. Im a big fan of factory alloys. How old are the shocks? Maybe an Old Man Emu lift!??

 

I am very surprised your rear end doesn't sag. It was a big issue here in the states. I installed OME standard coils on rear and now I have a nice front rake to it.

 

I have generic ones in mine and they have held up well.
