    Hi,

I was wondering if anybody here had the same issue. I woke up this morning and tried to unlock all door with the keyfob and I also tried the unlock button in the car and the rear doors won't unlock. I unlock them manualy with no problem, but they won't lock back when I press the button. Front doors work just fine, but rear doors there is nothing hapening. I have look over the internet and can't even find what is the fuse and/or relay for those power lock.

Had to replace two actuators last year on my 2014. Seems like a common occurence. Several YouTube how to's out there. I bought new instead of trying the repair.

Both doors failed at the same time ? seems unlikely no ? I tought maybe there was a fuse for those rear doors but I can't find anything over the net.

I had the same problem along with window actuators…perhaps your battery drained down prior ?
    Easy fix If so….

Both rear doors window work fine, only the lock-unlock doesn't work. I don't think it's the battery because the car started in -20C this morning :p

Lol…no battery problem for sure ! Mine completely drained & the procedure linked above solved the issue. Still good info for future reference.
Maybe a similar process for just door actuators ? Let us know your findings…

glwood54 : I did not see your question but yeah the child lock feature but I tried both on or off and it does not solve my problem. I'm just surprise that both lock system could have failed a the same time.

I'd imagine that if there was a fuse it would be for the entire power lock system and not independent doors or zones. Dead actuators are a possibility.

Could it be a possibility that actuators can be frozen since its freezing cold outside?
