noticed a few months ago my rear hatch rattles like crazy when running the sound system at any really fun volume. can't hear it from inside but very noticeable outside . I do have a minor dent in the hatch from where someone backed into me, not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
I popped the inner trim panel off just to see if I could spot anything obvious and could not. what I did notice was a very noticeable amount of air coming through the holes for the trim fasteners with every bass hit. got me wondering...
    1. is the rattle normal?- are any of you having this same issue?
    2. and regarding the air movement...wonder if some strategically placed holes in the trim would alleviate some of the issue? kind of like how you would port a sub enclosure. after all , with trim in place, it's pretty restricted.

I’m having the same issue, and I can’t find any answers online. I’m going to tear down the hatch today and see if I can figure it out. I’ll tighten down everything in the back and see if the hatch still rattles, then I’ll give you an update.
