'13 4Runner SR5

I am getting conflicting info on rear bumpers...

Will a 2014-16 rear bumper fit the 2010-13 SR5s? My wife got clipped in the lot and I'm looking to replace it.

What's the difference between the two? And is there an aftermarket off-road steel bumper out there that is reasonably priced?
